Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Standard transit typically takes 2–4 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must meet the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
